Welcome to 2jbwt. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2jbwt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 2jbwt website, mobile interface and all related services available at 2jbwt.cam.

By creating an account, logging in or placing any wager on 2jbwt, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

To register and maintain an account on 2jbwt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, syndicate or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of 2jbwt or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered under an existing 2jbwt account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated by yourself or imposed by the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering, you warrant that you meet all of the above criteria. 2jbwt reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time and to suspend accounts pending the outcome of such checks.

To access the full range of 2jbwt services, you must complete the registration process honestly and accurately. All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by 2jbwt, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit funds (such as a bank statement or screenshot of a digital wallet balance from Easypaisa or JazzCash — these providers do not endorse gambling).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested to satisfy AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension or — in cases of confirmed fraud — account termination and forfeiture of funds. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Access to 2jbwt is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of other users or third parties.

You specifically agree that you will:

2jbwt reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these Terms and to investigate any suspected breach. Where a breach is confirmed, 2jbwt may take any action deemed appropriate, including suspension, termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.

All deposits and withdrawals on 2jbwt are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent currency accepted by the active cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

The payment methods referenced in our cashier guide — which may include familiar Pakistani options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as contextual references only. Their inclusion does not constitute endorsement of gambling by any of those providers, nor does it confirm that any specific method is currently available in your account. • You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and this Agreement, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion.

General principles governing all bonuses on 2jbwt include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer page.
• Certain game types — including, but not limited to, live casino table games and certain sports with low odds — may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• 2jbwt reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under that promotion is honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies or any form of coordinated exploitation, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.

2jbwt offers pre-match and live in-play markets across a range of sports and events including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports. The following general rules apply to all markets unless stated otherwise in market-specific rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 2jbwt does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed.
• 2jbwt reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error or at incorrect odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with market-specific rules published alongside the relevant market.
• Maximum win limits per event apply and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. Wagers placed in excess of the displayed maximum will be accepted at the platform's discretion and may be partially voided.
• 2jbwt reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Settlement of all markets is based on official results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket or the ICC for international fixtures. In the case of a dispute, 2jbwt's decision regarding settlement is final.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.

• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2jbwt and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination and potential legal action:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or the financing of criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Using software tools — including betting bots, odds-scanning automation or exploit scripts — to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or miscalculated odds in a systematic manner. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing members of the 2jbwt support team or other users.
• Attempting to access the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law.

All content on the 2jbwt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of 2jbwt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of 2jbwt.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbwt, its directors, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting outcomes or casino game results.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Inaccuracies in odds or market data resulting from data-provider errors, where bets placed on erroneous data are voided and stakes returned.

Nothing in these Terms limits 2jbwt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate an account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact the support team at [email protected]. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC clearance.

2jbwt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account closure.
• Circumstances in which continued operation of the account would expose 2jbwt to legal or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated by 2jbwt for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned. Where termination follows a confirmed breach, 2jbwt reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where applicable, legal proceedings.

2jbwt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbwt is licensed and incorporated. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the applicable jurisdiction.
